Very unclean. Only good thing was ac was working fine. Even the bed sheet provided was torn with stains and hair all over.

the rooms were very bad, cots and beds were totally not neat, very bad odour in rooms,was not able to stay a minute there, that's why imhad to book another room in celebrity resort. I had no time to escalate so I booked another room

Very disappointing experience. The room provided was not as expected — it had two single beds joined together instead of a proper double bed, which was very uncomfortable. Additionally, we were charged extra for early check-in, which was not mentioned beforehand. However, after check-out, upon request, we were given another room just to freshen up and change — and ironically, that room was much better than the one we actually stayed in. Overall, not worth the money or the hassle.
