Hotel Jaya International

Rooms are very old. None of the charging points are not working hotels they are opening at 7. 30 and food is average taste

Room is not maintained, clean and hygienic. Bathroom condition is pathetic. Location wise lot of advantages, but unfortunately it seems management is not interested in improving the conditions of the hotel.

They have not allowed early check in even though i have selected at the time of booking. Therefore not checked in and lost money.

Room was okay okay. Food was excellent. Room service was pathetic. I asked for a cup of tea, they made me wait for 1 hour and then said that room service will resume after 7 pm. No hangers in the wardrobe. Nobody was responding when i called room service (600) or reception (9. In the morning, i saw a cat walking around in the corridor. Overall experience was not good.

The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean and maintained the location was perfect- close to the main city centre

My recent stay with this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room i was provided with had several issues. Cockroaches were everywhere, and the overall cleanliness was subpar. The toilet flush wasn’t working, and when i requested another room, i encountered more problems. The washroom in the new room couldn’t lock from the inside or outside. The walls of both rooms and the washroom were dirty, with peeling paint, which ended up soiling my luggage and bags. There was no night lamp, and the window ac was incredibly noisy, making it impossible to sleep. I had to turn it off, but then the hot temperature made it equally challenging to get any rest. This experience was far from satisfactory, and i would not recommend this accommodation.

it was a terrible experience. They had not received any confirmation from you. I handed over the confirmation from me on reaching at the hotel. Firstly the rooms were not ready after waiting for half an hour we were given delux rooms with stinking of bad smell. There were webs of spider in the almirah the front of ac was missing presenting a look. The tarrif of the rooms does not match with the condition of the room. the condition of the executive rooms were given to us later on was absolutely the same

Ac is not working at all no cooling washrooms are dirty and servicing very poor and intercom e phone is not working hot water is not coming in wash rooms tv is not coming

Very nice reception. Good behaviour by all the service staff. Nice food. Great location. All amenities functional.

We book 2 days but not hygienic & bad smell in rooms,, not cleaning room & bads, not working tv, no toilet paper.

Location is good but front desk receptionist not professional room service is too bad

Location was good, food was decent, hotel staff service was also good. but the hotel is old and needs maintenance. Also warm water is available only in the morning.

the room ambience is not that great and the service is also not up to the mark…although the hotel boasts of international it isn’t international

Reception staff very rude, specially mr rat-hi dev, may b name not correct, huge stout personality at reception, behaved like unpolitely with high tone. Another gentleman with beard and bald head was not willing even to listen customer query and was very much acted like some corporate level manager. I hope they will increase there way of attitude towards customers in best way. Would like to request management to provide some sort of customer behaving skills to there staff, specially to above both persons. Thank you
