Room service is very poor. The bathroom is dirty. The bathroom bucket is very dirty. Overall i am not happy with this accommodation at the hotel and will not suggest it for our colleague and friend to stay here in future

Excellent Stay

Ours was a short overnight stay for connecting flight and it was very comfortable. The hotel staff were kind and helped quickly with a cab for early morning. Room was clean and neatly maintained.

Hotel name changed , unable to find hotel.

I reached at location given in Mmt ack..there was no such hotel ..later on came to know name was changed to elite hotel ...No AC at reception.. complete humidity ..I was sweating for atleast 20-25 minuts .. Staff is good

I booked a king bed room they provided a double bed, rooms are dusky, lot of chewing gums attached to the room walls, i can see cards deck and cigar packets in the room. Which i felt terrible with my infant kid. No images taken

provided photos were not matching with this hotel photos mentioned photos are is different hotel and here hotel is different even hotel name also not matching with declared name this hotel only provide veg food even that is also not provided i went to different hotel since name & photos were different at night then came to know this situation again i walked around the city to find out the hotel hotel team says no manager available to raise this issues have informed them pols auks your manager to meet me next day but no response
