Terrible Stay
very rude reception staff , price is too much for the room , not at all clean and neat. room filled with lot of cockroaches and washroom is not at all clean. Reception staff made me and my wife stay in the waiting hall for 2 hours to allot a room Please don't book rooms in this Hotel

poor cleanliness,rude staff ..when u call at reception they didnt response properly and directly disconnects call..overall bad experience

Staf behaviour is disrespectful breakfast Qulity is verry poor they provide us South Indian breakfast with limited option with plain dosa only

For extra bed they charge
Washroom need maintanance N for extra bed they charge per day Its too much I am very disspointed with this I am with family total 4 people But due to high rate of extra bed we manage our self

The room was not like shown .. We have changed 3 rooms in single day stay. Due to air-conditioning issues etc

Terrible Stay
Very poor quality of service the rooms are dirty and no hot water available. Current keeps going off.A "limited" complimentary breakfast means it offered fewer choices or lower quality items than expected.

Excellent Stay
Very nice hotel, cleanliness in the hotel, room service, charming and attractive atmosphere here, food quality, everything is very good, only the hotel name board on the main road is very small and not easily visible, this should be improved.
