Even fter online booked in advance, he denied to give a room . No lift for 4 and 5 floors No room boys for room service

I had a terrible experience at this room. The place was not maintained at all. The walls were full of damp and mold, the bedsheet was stained, and there was a strong cigarette smell everywhere. There was even a cigarette butt left on the window when I checked in. The room looked nothing. Definitely not worth the price Hope the management takes this feedback seriously.

This is my second time stay in this hotel first time ac is not working properlly second visit still ac is not working in room and the same way wash room shower also not working one of the terrible hotel

4 Good, hotel at prime area with affordable rate but should look in to maintenence of charging sockets, exhaust fan etc

It was good at that budget compared to other hotels.

Room ok but the bathroom water was not coming after informing me that only the water would come and the next day the room changed that room bathroom also hot water not come

The water tap does not work, the room smells. Toilet flush not working properly, asked the team they said it will be like same only, and no complementary breakfast as it mentioned

The property location is good but after reaching i have to ask to change the bedsheet and for cleaning the room

1. The hotel management not allowed early check in but while im booked there mentioned early check-in available. 2. Room wasn't not good wall condition was poor 3. Ac is not working. 4. Tv is not working. I ever had this kind of service. Thank you. I couldn't take pics

very nice to stay here very good location and near to main road, very clean and well maintained, so happy to stay

Basic things like washroom flesh is not working better to avoid this choose another hotel at same cost other wise you loss your money here

One of the worst hotel i have never stayed before, unwashed blankets, no bulb in bathroom damaged walls in room and waste cloths inserted near ac and irresponsible staff

The experience is worst, i went early before my checkin time, they asked 500extra for early checkin but that's fine, but when i asked them we don't want to do early checkin and asked to keep ready our room at our original checkin time that is 12pm, they denied and started arguing with us and saying if you take early checkin than only you will get the room or else you won't get the room, this is not the way how a manager should react with us and he was very rude basically, we prebooked the hotel and reserved it how can he say no to us, very bad later at 12 he gave a room after a lot z of quarelling, and what we got also was worthless, a worst room, i could say, i didn't like the room at all and they mentioned about breakfast but they don't have kitchen only. Very bad service no cleanliness, no hygiene, what they show in it's basically ult a of it, really not expected this from mmt the manager also said we cannot give room he was quarelling but some how after a lot of quarelling he gave for which it was prebooked worst ever booking i had

The room was very clean and the reception was also very supportive. There were no bad experiences so try this hotel.

At night some drinkers. Disturbing. At that time reception persons did not respond.
