Terrible staff! Reception desk misbehaved with me when they got to know that the booking They threatened that sunce the booking Oyo, no service will be given to us. They even Denied Water Bottle and told us to get the water ourselves from the RO which was on the ground floor they will not repair or address the issue as the booking is done OYO. When my parents checked in the room, they found the bedsheet was having stains and was very dirty, first of all it is hotel’s responsibility to make sure that the room is ready before the customer checks in, instead the manager or the guy at the reception started saying rudely that since I have checked in at night (around 12 AM) so it is my fault and the bedsheet cannot be changed until tomorrow morning. My father requested him but still he was showing attitude and denied the bedsheet change, it was then I have to intervene and ask for the same. He also revealed that the rooms alloted and OYO are very small compared to the rooms alloted for direct booking as the hotel gets less share with the former. Very biased and discriminate behaviour with the customers who make the booking Not at all recommended for family!
