i booked and paid but finaly they told no room available. they didn't repay the money also.. cheating residency.. don't book this hotel..

There were only 3 rooms operational in that hotel. , it’s a under construction hotel Very dirty bed sheets

Worst Hotel I ever stayed, Not Clean Rooms, A/c Not woring, Torn Bed Sheets, Dirty Washroom, Make My Trip should remove it from its platform.

Rooms and toilet not cleaned properly More over water not raining, all are wet surfaces, toilet slepery

The Hotel and nice , okay .great service, beautiful rooms, and excellent amenities for a relaxing stay.

We reached late night. They did not know about the booking. Had to wait for the rooms to get ready. Bed sheets were not clean. Hairs were there on beddings. Washrooms were terrible. They bought breakfast from outside in polybags.

It was good stay with clean and tidy rooms. Overall very pleasant experience.

First of all their rooms were super dirty. Water was not coming in toilet flush. We changed room and they also charged me 400 rs in cash. I checked out in 3 hours only and shifted to local hotel in nearby. Will never recommend hotel based on pics.

Upon arriving at the hotel with my cousin's family, consisting of two ladies and one gentleman, we were dismayed to find that our booking wasn't accepted due to the 48-hour booking policy. This left us stranded at the outskirts of Hyderabad at 10 pm, a truly inconvenient situation. The hotel staff's insistence on offering a room at a higher rate, under the guise of doing us a favor, only compounded our frustration. Despite our efforts to resolve the issue through customer care, the resolution fell short of satisfactory. Eventually, we reluctantly paid ₹3000 for a room and were further inconvenienced by the early checkout demand of 9.30 am. This experience marred what should have been a smooth visit for our family, who had come to Hyderabad for an Telangana eamcet exam at Ace Engineering College.

They said rooms were not available and make my trip did not contact them before taking my booking, they asked me to pay a bribe of 500 rs. To allocate someone else's room, i complained to make my trip then they gave me a room

Geyser, ac, exhaust fan not working, toilet room not clean.

Worst experience ever. I would never recommend any1 to that hotel. The worker openly asked 500 rupees for early checkin and also dint give any proof or bill of it. The washroom din have lock and was not clean. No iron box. No sealed water. Totally worst ever place

The hotel was very bad, the towels were not clean, the room was not cleaned, and there was no room inside the kit also provided an empty santoor small shop

Very pathetic experience, i booked hotel for 1407 when i reached hotel they told your booking is not valid, charged extra 400 for stay. Worst reception personal, don't know how to treat guest no water, no light in morning room stinks never ever stay in this hotel

I have stayed in this hotel from 27th to 30th nova while booking in make my trip it shown as deluxe room but they provided normal rooms for the same payment. Room service also not good. I paid around 1200 per day but the room they provided was not worthy for 1200. Tv not working and even ac remote not worked properly

Room was not good they are charging more comparing to the rooms and even i booked room with morning breakfast for breakfast i have paid 200 rupees extra but there is no kitchen in the hotel due to this i have to have breakfast outside. I dodo not have any photos

You have charged for ac room and breakfast but none was avaliable. The rest room was terrible
