very nice hotel with reasonable price. Staff were also cooperative and helpful. And it is also situated near the metro station

It was very good stay, manager and staff was very cooperative as we were from out of town so he helped us a lot, all the bedsheets and covers have been changed regularly, as well as we have 4 options for breakfast vada, idli, puri bhaji and dosa, everything was good and fine. We booked for imperial suite that was best stay at hotel imperial classic hyderabad.

The hotel impressed with spotless rooms, great amenities, and attentive staff. The food was tasty and fresh. Safety protocols made me feel secure. A perfect stay for comfort and convenience.

We stayed in the Family Room which had two double beds, and they were comfortable. However, the overall cleanliness could have been much better. There were small roaches in the room, and the bathroom was not well maintained, with visible dirty spots and no proper ventilation. Considering the price and the urgent nature of our stay, it served the purpose, but the property definitely needs improvements in hygiene and upkeep.

The hotel stay was comfortable and convenient. The room was clean, the staff was supportive, and the overall environment was pleasant.

Location is prime area and all the transportation facilities are available in front of hotel, food facilities not available, but I had a bad experience from the hotel owner they allotted me a normal room against my booking of executive room, they allotted me two single beds in that room,

Beds and pillows are decade old and had no support at all, in every floor extra beds, pillows and bed linen scattered in one corner.

The overall stay was great staff was friendly and location is perfect but one of friend lost their piece of clothing there and was found nowhere fe doubt that room cleaning good have mistakenly taken it along with bedsheet as both were same color but it was not found else everything was great

You make my trip informed that parking facility is available. But no parking facility was available at the hotel. You provided wrong information.

you cant take family to the hotel the rooms are that terrible.. i checked in and checked out within 15 mins.. rooms were terribly dirty pan masala spits on the bed sheet

I didn't enjoy my stay. The rooms weren't aired out and were smelling. There were small cockroaches of which I killed one leaving a mark on the white sheet. Bed linen was not changed. I found long hair on the bed and pillow covers are being used for a decade I think. I was charged even for one water bottle I used. Complimentary items were two schets of shampoo. complimentary breakfast was interesting.. they gave a token for a road side tiffin centre. I had to stand on the road and eat my breakfast. When I asked for tea they said that is not included in the breakfast token. So I paid for for a 10 rupees tea after paying 175(exact amount I don't remember) extra for the room with breakfast.
