The housekeeping service at this hotel was extremely disappointing. We checked in around 11:30 PM and were given a room that hadn’t been cleaned at all. After contacting the receptionist, we were asked to wait for a few minutes before they finally arranged housekeeping to make up the room. The next day, we left the hotel for about six hours in the morning and specifically requested the staff to clean the room during that time. Unfortunately, even after multiple reminders, they failed to do so. Overall, the housekeeping service was far below expectations and needs serious improvement.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, so no complaints there. However, the room service was very disappointing—slow, unresponsive, and not at all what you’d expect from a hotel at this price. The food was just average, nothing special. Worst hotel in hyd

The wifi doesn’t work there and the receptionist was acting rude about it, he kept telling me he will take care of it and he cannot do anything if I keep complaining and I in return asked me to sit in the lobby and work if I need wifi that seriously. There was also work going on in the hotel the whole day and when asked about it they were being rude and almost shouted at a guest. There was no water supply in the location as well, The hand faucet had to no water coming in it and they allotted me a different room first which was a “superior” room in their terms and it reeked of cigarettes and then they changed me to a different room after taking 1200 extra from me. But in that room there was no wifi proper clean toilet and the lock for the toilet was not there.
