Washroom not good at all, water issue and service also not speakable it’s completely horrible bed condition found not hygienic condition

Instead of welcome argument at time for check in dirty room and smelling request to not book should have minimum sense

I stayed alone for a night and booked the room with breakfast but morning the person at the reception said they don't have restaurant. No refund on received Room was not maintained properly, there were cockroaches running on the bed, commod pipe was broken, cigarettes ash under the bed, no mirror anywhere. strongly suggest not to book this hotel if traveling with family. with friends it's ok

I had the worst experience, there is no proper water supply in the bathroom and staff members are also not cooperative.

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel! I had a horrible stay at this hotel. The washrooms were extremely dirty, completely unhygienic, and poorly maintained. The manager was incredibly rude and arrogant, showing no concern for customer service. The overall experience was a nightmare, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and stay elsewhere!

Cleanliness and availability of staff at staff. The rooms are very well maintined and are quite spacious.

1. Breakfast amount collected but no breakfast facility 2. Leaking toilet 3. Dirty water, 4. It’s like under construction 5. Assam based staff, arrogant, they don’t listen and don’t have basic hotel hospitality 6. No cleaning, i stayed for 4 days dust bin not cleared for 3 days

Hotel is not good and that s not hotel that’s called oyo public there is no securable and no wifi and there is no food provided

Heater, flush was not working, booked with breakfast, food was not available

Photos property are good but in reality rooms are not clean. Not good for family and kids. Hotel doesn't have their own restaurant but they order from another restaurant which is a bar so again it's not good for families and kids to go to that restaurant.

There is no almira, no mirror and water is salty and not good and the main thing is there is no one who listens to the query and keep on arguing with us. Pathetic hotel. Don't waste your money

Location is good but service was very poor. Bathrooms were dirty and there was no water in shower. Even after complaint, they did nothing. Poor experience.

one of the best hotel rooms I've visited. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very neat and clean.

The rooms are not worth for money. Have seen this hotel is three star. We can give only one star since only bed fan ac is ok. No blanket cover for additional bed. No cupboard to keep things. Look like still in construction. No family restaurant attached with hotel. And the staff are supportive to arranging the things.

Staffs are ok kind of. Bath room are very dirty, buckets & mugs have a thick layer of dirt; when asked to replace; they said they cant replace as they dont have any spare also unwilling to clean the existing as well.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, making it very convenient.

Good place and service is also very good room are very clean and hygiene ambiance is really good and affordable
