Review Of Hotel O Aadaab

Worst experience i ever had, room was not at all clean, bad smell, bed and blankets were dirty and walls were full of spit. Images clean and different on website/application and worst in real. if it's like this I won't use for further booking

After having a long journey of 14hrs, check in was denied, just because booking was done through mmt. The hotel manager said we have not received adequate payment. Mmt solved this issue amicably but it took 1 hr time to settle, just because of the hotel staff

The owner/staff whosoever is extremely unprofessional like anything. They straighten asked extra money inspite of booking via online in the name of gst, Also this hotel is not good for anybody.

The receipt does not give the proper response. When i checked in for almost 40 minutes they took and gave them the room. They are telling me why you should pay online. It's very pathetic to give the customer service and relationship.

hotel aadab is like a night mare that you choose to run into. when i reached the hotel, they verified my aadhar card and kept a copy which is fine, then i was informed that i will have to stay in another branch which is 2kms away. they arranged for an auto rickshaw and promised that i will not have to pay for the autorickshaw since it was their fault, on reaching the other hotels premises the staff there refused to pay the transport charges which was ₹80. after verifying my aadhar card again in this second premises i was told that i will have to pay separate gst for this hotel, although all the payments were prepaid. that is

When we were checking in the hotel, owner was saying that he didn't received any booking of my name and was asking to book offline. We have booked the hotel including breakfast, but owner of the restaurant said there is no breakfast. Owner was telling us to cancel the booking and rebook offline by paying him cash. Owner also said that they don't accept online booking and asked to pay again by cash. We have booked the hotel with service like Hot water, TV, wifi, morning breakfast but we have not received any of these services. Room door was broken, bathroom door was broken, basin was not proper, drainage was blocked. water was not going through drainage and was storing in the bathroom. Overall experience was worst😡

Hotel aadaab is not sofisticated and not good nature or not too good behaviour of hotel staff

Waste of money just hate the place no neatness

Not bad but food service is good and quality also good.
