Room was dirty, Geyser was not working and staff unable to help. They offer me take a bath in other room. That was really horrible experience.

They are knocking doors at midnight and asking for my own vehicle keys for their personal use and when went downstairs to get something from out they all are giving suspicious looks and my door was open when I came back nd telephone wasn’t working tv remotes are broken bed sheets are not clean no soap no hand wash light flickers a total disappointment

Drinking water not provided at checkin though water bottles available. Lot of mosquitoes in room. TV was not working. Tata sky not working. WiFi not working. Bedspreads are not clean. Towels are not clean.

guide to the venue was highly confusing it's in shamshabad how can it be 15 mins walk from station rooms were good for one night stay

The reception person was cooperative but the hotel was hard to find. The property was not as good especially due to the lack of ventilation in bathrooms. As north indians, we prefer to have tea which was not at all available any place nearby

Kind of a scam hotel because of the owner. Took 400 extra for early check-in although I told I would checkout early in the night only. And i checked out early also. The location is not so good. The hotel is full of mosquitoes. The towels were torn and the water faucet was broken. The top shelves were dirty. Most of the service guys were good but add double commission to cab rates. They did not give me a GST bill on the early check-in amount. Not recommended at all. DO NOT visit this hotel.

The room was really in a pathetic condition, Toilet seat was broken, Soap and Towels were not provided, bed sheets were dirty.. The location of the hotel doesn't match Actually. Kindly upgrade the quality of the rooms

First of all I was not given the room inspite of having a confirm paid booking they said they were sold out no courtesy to also help me find another hotel n stil waiting for my refund my mmt

Timeless decor, comfy rooms, and great service. The library lounge was unique, and the food was delicious. Highly recommend!

Evening tea was served with crispy cookies in the lounge. That was such a sweet little surprise after an exhausting day.
