no dental kit provided, food was average, AC was old, phone not working, calling for room service was hard

The facilities are available in this hotel is extremely excellent and hospitality provided by the stuff of this hotel is truly amazing

Worst experience. They have allotted our room to someone else coz we showed up late

Budget friendly good experience. Well maintained just saw some cockroaches . Clean beds staff is food

Overall good experience and staff was good and helpful. They immediately changed my room when ac was not working.

1. Terrible stay 2. Very low class lodge 3. Note even providing water bottle(i paid for one bottle water) 4. No wifi 5. No proper brakefast 6. Bathroom and rooms are not cleaned 6. Bed sheet and towels are like somebody already used.

All are bad experience about low service and very bad service, all room and bathroom are smelling and cockroach are sty e with u. Nd no drinking water and no celling fan etc

Hotel is good with a perfect location in the city. It is nearer to metro station and the staff are very helpful

Hotel is in prime location, room having old furniture, toilet size also small, it's like a class lodge.

Utterly disappointed with the booking process not sure whose fault it is but looks like there's no break fast provided by the hotel despite adding break fast for additional money

Room were clean but bed bugs found in washroom, improper lighting in washroom, no proper cleaning of towels

Not at all hygienic rooms found a live cockroach there. Ac was leaking like hell so asked the front desk attendent for room swap which he did but ac remote was not working

Bad maintenance room are not clean and bed have lot a bug and cockroaches in the room. Rest all was not bad

Check-in was good, staff was also very good but there was a cleaning issue, bedsheet was not clean 3hr early check-in was complimentary but they ask for money
