Overall we are having a very good experience and the staff was very accommodating. The only minus point is food is not available at place ,you need to order through swiggy and zomato.

I stayed there for 5 days and the stay was nice and peaceful. The staffs are really good. Rooms are clean.

The stay was below average. the hotel is new room is a very small but hygienic one, The bed is very small, it was not even a queen bed. Most disturbing is there is no water in the wash basen and toilet spray. Hot water not available in bathroom they will provide you with 1 bucket hot water in the morning. Breakfast they have very small setup very congested area for self serving and sitting. They are convincing every guest with the same reason that hot water is not available hotel will provide it on request.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL BY seeing the rating’s, it is pathetic. There is no hot water at all .They have problem with hot water connection which is forever .Morning breakfast is worst. it’s 3rd class food . It’s a new property that’s why high rating. No restaurant near by. Just worthless to stay here .

I had a terrible experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean but did not have basic facilities like hot water and jet spray was not working.. I had informed the hotel in the evening itself that i need hot water in the morning as I had to leave early for a business meeting to which they agreed. But then i had to call them again at 7:00 am for arranging hot water and then multiple times again when i did not receive it till 9:30 am.. the jet spray was also not working and all this resulted in my meeting being cancelled.

Nyc hotel and had a great experience. The staff are very cooperative and provide fast service. Food is nyc and easy to find the location.

I booked for 4Days 3Nights stay in Rcc hotela biz stays begumpet but from Day 2 ,hot water did not flow from the tap when enquired hotel receptionist said it was caused due to electricity short circuit at night and will be rectified within same day, Next day also same issue happened till we checkout on 4th day we never used hot water. After frustration,I asked to provide evenwith a bucket of hot water in it as the climate is cold,the hotel persons are not so compassionate ,they told they will provide water heating rod . We don't have any other options except to go with that. For 1 day their excuse is acceptable but for another 3 days we faced hardship.

booked it through MMT, very small rooms, no hot water, they serve hot water in buckets if you ask for. It was not informed about it till I took over the room keys, we can't get tea or coffee till 8 am... so, people who get up early and need some tea or coffee need to wait till 8 am which was very surprising to me.dont fall for the reviews. avoid staying here if possible

Terrible breakfast. Intercom not working. Heater not working. No toilet paper provided. Check in process very very poor. Extraordinary waiting time. However, the staff was very Courteous and tried to help to their ability.
