“Nightmare Stay: Worst Hotel Experience Ever”

I had the worst experience staying at this hotel. The room was in terrible condition—cockroaches were everywhere, and there wasn’t even a proper lock on the door, which made me feel unsafe. The washroom was extremely unhygienic, and the bed was both uncomfortable and noisy, creaking at every slightest movement. The floor felt sticky and unpleasant to walk on, and the entire room had a horrible smell that was unbearable. This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. Avoid at all costs!

soloChecked in at 11. 00pm entrance of room door was leaking, no ac as well as hot water. 304 room nos asked to change the room but no sign. Receptionist had arrogant behaviour.

No hygiene, room bedsheets are all strained, stinking, cockroaches etc. No laundry service, tv not working, staff rude behaviour etc.

basic hot water kettle has dirt in in even if you use your own bottled water. Hygiene - Dank, smelly, musty room, sheets are off white with overuse and hence suspect if they are washed well enough to be sanitised. Staff does a cursory job of cleaning rooms. Safety standards not strictly followed.

Very bad situation, first very late then no spoon, glass available. Horrible. Out side food not allow and available is not good. Even noodle bowl l 250 rs. Without spoon, pack in plastic box. When shout e on it then offer me plastic spoon. Tea is rs 30 in small paper cup which cost 5 rs infront of gate at stall.
