Spacious rooms, Good room service... Breakfast had limited options... No tissue box in the room

The stay was great. From rooms to breakfast to staff, everything was perfect. Overall, had a wonderful exercise.

I stayed there for three nights and could not resist myself to write a review about the hotel. The hotel and the staff are very polite, well dressed and very soft spoken. I saw the restaurant manager who was taking utmost care of all the guests and taking all effort to make the customer feel specially cared. The hospitality of the front desk staff and the manager was not less than a 5-star rated hotel. I strongly recommend this hotel to stay with family, solo or for business purposes. Yes, I also want to tell you about the tariff of the hotel including breakfast. If you book through MMT you will get some more discount.

Review for Minerva Grand Hotel, Kompally: I recently stayed at Minerva Grand Hotel in Kompally and, unfortunately, my experience was not as expected. During check-in, the front desk staff did not display the level of professionalism or courtesy one would hope for. The lobby area was under maintenance and lacked the welcoming atmosphere typical of a reputed hotel. Furthermore, during check-out, there was an attempt to overcharge, which added to the overall disappointment. Given these issues, I would suggest exploring other options in the area for a more comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Rooms are spacious and food quality is excellent. House keeping to be improved little bit. Replacement of refreshments and sanitary things to be done regularly.
