Review Of Hotel Saptagiri Abids

I had a very bad experience with hotel saptagiri in hyderabad. On the 23rd of july i checked into the hotel at around 11:30 at night. When i saw it in the morning the safety lock was broken down, there were no towels, no drinking water in the room, when i called the manager he gave me another room, i myself had shifted all my luggage no buddy helped me for that. But when i went to the bath, i saw that, the water geyser was not working, the manager again offered me another room but it was too dirty and the intercom was not working. The staff was not cooperative. I am very surprised to see such kinds of hotels on the list of make my trip with 3. 8 ratings.

first of all, initially they gave us double room (room with two beds only), when we argued and showed them their mmt pictures, they gave us a room with three beds and a mattress. the room was absolutely disgusting. it was not cleaned before our arrival. the pillows and the blankets were equally dirty. two days later, we complained at the reception, then they sent proper room service to clean the room, but the blankets remained dirty. secondly, there was no dustbin provided, no rug for the bathroom. the shower was ridiculous, spraying water here and there. the daily room services were absolutely useless. they made the room dirtier instead of cleaning it. the workers used to try opening the doors right after knocking. we are heavily disappointed. we would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was really very wonderful with full of cooperation and according to the budgets of every class of the society

The hotel was average with cleanliness in rooms but not in the washrooms and the tables, chairs in the room are not according ti the space area.

No maintenance what so ever, when i arrived with my family at hotel it was lunch time, so i informed hotel reception to keep the room ready by the time we finish the lunch, when we came from lunch, and entered the room the next moment i felt this is not fit for family stay n if you have kids, never think of staying in this hotel very poor maintenance, room full of dust, hairs fallen everywhere, toilet soiled, i immediately called mm t support team and expressed my concern, after which they upgraded and gave me different room, but problem was not solved, had to waste our time waiting for the another room to be cleaned, due to which our hydra-bad sight seeing scheduled plan got delayed. only veg option is hotel kamat, but i suggest not to visit here the price of every dish too high, even compared to bangalore, a plate of gobi coste you rs: 245, please avoid the hotel.

The hotel facilities are good but cleanliness is horrible. Totally unhygienic and not cleaned. The toilet grills are opened such that persons from upper floor gallery can see the person inside toilet. Bed sheets are not clean l. Dustbin kept is dirty. Toliet is horrible in-terms of cleanliness.

It's an average hotel, cleaning and facilities are not good at all.

It was a great trip for us. Enjoyed well staying and visit the Hyderabad. Will visit again.

It's was good stay if you are an student but room service was very bad.

Rooms are spacious and ventilated, the location of hotel is really nice but lacks basic facilities like WiFi doesn't work, room service is really bad had to call 5 times to get things done then they disconnected the intercom which was very bad experience.

At this price it's very nice hotel, and staff response was good, compares to other lodges.
