decent stay
the location is terrible.the flat is small but have two bed rooms and two washroom, a kitchen and compact living room lift facility is available kitchen is equipped well

Poor Stay
It was really disappointing, we didn’t get any towels for wash room, toilet seats were damaged, hand wash basin was not clean, overall cleanliness was not maintained

Excellent Stay
*5/5 excellent stay* i recently had the pleasure of staying at lohas blue and i must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. *hygiene* the apartment was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of ensuring that the rooms were tidy and sanitized daily. *facility and equipment* the apartment was equipped with all the necessary amenities. Everything was in working order and well-maintained. *convenience* the location was incredibly convenient, transportation getting around the city was a breeze. *staff* the staff were extremely cooperative, friendly, and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. *highlights* - cleanliness and hygiene - excellent facilities and equipment - convenient location - friendly and cooperative staff *recommendation* i highly recommend lohan blue to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. Family stay
Property was really good. We checked in early as our train landed by 7 am and we had kids. We felt at home in the apartment.
Excellent Stay
The stay was very pleasant. The homestay was neat and clean. All the amenities like fridge, ac, gesyer, iron box, hair dryer, aquaguard, rice cooker, utensils, mixture, water kettle, microwave oven, mosquito bat, washing machine are available there. Must recommend others for their stay.

Good Stay
Nice experience in lohas blue service apartment. But due to continuous rain i couldn't do sight seeing in hyderabad city

Terrible Stay
familyThe location of property was very unhygienic & totally unsuitable for family stay. Property itself was very unhygienic & smelling badly. Toilets / bathrooms too dirty & badly smells.

Hi Vikas, I am writing to address the rating you left for my property. You never stayed at my property nor did you check into the flat, so it's perplexing to see a rating from you. You initially sought a flat in Yapral, which is on the other side of the city. I provided the location details at the time of booking. If you realized that the location was incorrect, the booking should have been canceled then, not on the check-in date. The error was on your part, not mine, and it is unfair to penalize my property with a negative rating due to this oversight. I believe MakeMyTrip should take action against such unjust reviews. Location is worst
Location is worst, it's very difficult to reach this place without telephonic guidance, lo-has blue is far away from major cities of hyderabad, even ola uber services are very rare and difficult to track, no market is available nearby, you need to travel walking distance to reach grocery store, surrounding of this apartment is very dirty and difficult to walk. Owner is found helpful in meeting all the things. I booked lb101 apartment but allotted lb201 on reach without any prior notice. Most of the basic things are available inside apartment and comfortable to family who will like to cook and stay on vacation but it will cost more to travel around and by booking cabs. I requested owner to give 1 or 2 hours more to checkout but checkout timing is very odd that is at 10:00 am which is too early, requested owner to manage but he is always behind good reviews from customer and told me to rate him 5star review and will allow me to stay free for 2 more hours or he will charge me if i dint gave good ratings for stay. Please think before booking at this property as this location is far away from major cities like banjara hills, jubilee hills or hytec city which are best to visit for shopping or roaming. I was with my family, total 3 adults and 2 kids

Ram Dhuri initially booked accommodations for specific dates through MMT. Later, he contacted me requesting to book directly to avoid the taxes imposed by MMT. I informed him that offline booking was not an option and that the reservation had to be made through MMT. Consequently, he booked using his wife, Anupa Dhuri’s, account. Throughout their stay, all communication was conducted through Ram; Anupa did not reach out to me directly. Ram frequently complimented the flat, expressing that it met all their requirements. However, Anupa was dissatisfied with my refusal to facilitate an offline booking. They left the property in a very untidy condition and requested a late checkout around 5 PM, which I granted without any additional charges. Additionally, they were consistently rude to my maid throughout their stay, which was quite disheartening. Despite my efforts to ensure a pleasant experience, including accommodating their late-night calls around 1 AM, I faced challenges due to their behavior. At no point did I ask for a positive review in exchange for money. I only requested that they leave a genuine review on Google. Despite this, Anupa has unjustly defamed my property. I remain committed to maintaining high standards of service and ensuring a positive experience for all guests, despite the difficulties encountered in this instance. I have given them 101 only, they got confused with 101 and 201. As the building name also says " LB101 Luxury 2BHK wit" so they got confused with this.
Good stay
Good property for a family with all necessary facilities for home. Caretaker available at property. Felt like staying at home. Easily accessible from the main road. Calm and clean location with less traffic. More parking space for private vehicles should be considered. Upto 3 cars can be parked inside the property with cctv and gates. Tv fridge air conditioner roof top washing available.

Excellent Stay
Very comfortable stay. Clean, organised, well furnished. Definitely preferable than any hotel when u are traveling with family.
