Review Of Hotel Saptagiri Deluxe

By the time i reached room was not ready. The hotel authorities dint have any inf from make my trip. The room tarrif shows in hotel 1100. But make my trip charged 1600. Disappointing instead of giving discount mmt charged more. Bad exp. Finally not checked in. In that hotel. Disappointing.

Hotel saptagiri deluxe was good. Nice and clean. Manager and staff behavior is good. Overall satisfied in this price range.

Room was dirty. Bed linen was very dirty. Tv was not working

Positive points hotel is good for families. location was very near to main road. Hospitality of staff was really good. hotel has lift. there is a common toilet incase if you check-in early when your room is not vacant yet. they allowed our stay even though I had mistakenly booked for previous day. Improvements needed: Geyser was in control of reception. they switch it off over night. room had dust on switch boards, AC. apart from these, hotel was average for a day stay. cost is little bit more for non-AC and for AC. if they clean the dust in room and organise the reception area, it's a very good hotel.

The location was perfect. The room was also specious and clean. Stayed for 2 days. It was a good stay.

Overall good, But rooms seems to be looking old. Needs upgradation and renovation of the room for more comfort. Fan, AC, bathroom fittings, etc

hotel location is in the centre of the city. Gives good access. to locations within 3 klms range. staff is very good and co-operative and helpful. worth every rupees you spend.
