Facilities was average. Not bad for a short stay for that price. But nobody was picking up the call and was difficult to find the property.

I had informed about my arrival to the receptionist/ manager of the property well before my arrival 2-3 times. upon arrival, I was astonished to find that even after having fully paid in advance, no room was available for me as per specifications of my booking. secondly, property has this "no smoking" and "no consumption of alcohol in premises" notices at the entrance/ lift. however, it seems like this property is a smoking hub. On one instance, I saw a person bringing in a carton of liquor in vehicle and passing in front of the receptionist undaunted like it's completely allowed. No objection from the manager too. I was allotted a temporary room much smaller than my booked room and shifted to another room on the second day. the property has no sign boards, no lights at entrance and gives a negative vibe to visitors, seeming that something fishy is going on inside. As a couple, I would never ever visit this property again and advise others - DO NOT BOOK YOUR STAY HERE AT ALL!!!

Location was good and 2 times i went to this property they have to improve in maintaining the room's

worst maintenance not clean......

To be honest it was a pleasant experience, obviously you won't get and 4 or 5 star service as they don't claim that too, but you will be provided with your basic necessities. They provide great wifi service which came really handy, neat and clean bathrooms, electricity backups, the location is very good proper residencial area so no safety concerns and around 1km away from the nearby metro station. I would suggest others to explore this zostel if you want to stash yourself for a basic amount. Rating: 3.5/5
