The stay was amazing. Loved the rooms and the apartment was spacious. Had all the equipment in kitchen too.

I have few concerns from this place, initially, the caretaker of the place asked me to cancel the booking in mm t and do the booking directly which i denied. The service was poor. One day before checkout, we asked for a late checkout, the caretaker said he would check if there are any reservations, and then confirm back. He never called back denying or confirming the request hence we continued to stay. However in the morning next day, he came and asked us to leave without giving any head up. He started fighting with us and demanding money for extra time even though we had asked him 24 hrs before the checkout time. He was clearly in the wrong as he did not confirm or deny the request. This made the entire experience very very bitter. The caretaker’s communication was very disappointing and rude.

We had an excellent stay. It is located in gachibowli and has good connectivity to city bus stop and metro station. The nearest metro station is raidurg. We booked a studio room during our stay which had fridge, induction, hot water, and everything else required for a pleasant stay. The host is also available 24*7 in the property.

It was not clean. Cockroach roam in bed. The bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty. Every homestay provide a welcome kit with few tea bags/small coffee packs, soaps and new water bottles. There was nothing like that. Overall very bad experience. I personally don't recommend this homestay. It's too costly too. Book it at your own risk. I have no regeret about the staff. They are just doing their job. The maintaince is very poor.

It was a nice experience, really spacious rooms with all the amenities. Worth the penny. Manager mr. Teja was very friendly.

Very neat n clean rooms. Staffs are very good. Everyone choose this stay. For spacious. And best studio appartment
