HOTEL VR ASHOKA GRAND

I noticed a strong cigar smell in the middle of the night and had to report it to the reception.

Service is bad, waiter demands for tip. Staff will eat the ordered food when you are not around. Hotel staff will ask you to pay money in advance.

Average stay. Towels are bad. Dental kip, soap, shampoo was not up to the mark. Poor service.

It has grand in its name but it is worst, it is not worth of the money you pay, all the rooms having issues with AC and more important thing you are going to stay along with mosquitoes. I never seen mosquitoes 🦟 in hotel rooms

There is no clean rooms and having mosquitos in the room, ac is not working properly. Rooms are not accetptable

It was pleasant and overall good service

The room was good and neatly maintained. But i was not satisfied with the service. Every time i called intercom they didn't respond properly or neither attended my call. Other than that everything seems good.

Vr grand 's room bed sheets are not clean. We have not tried the food. Bathrooms are ok. Initially gave a very bad room with bathroom not cleaned. We asked for a different room and changed our room. Go for this hotel if you are on tight budget, otherwise there are better hotels near by

But the ac was not good. Food was great.

Rooms were good. Hotel is at prime location and easy to access via any transport means. Hygiene and safety precautions were good. Little efforts are needed to control mosquitoes. Roo. Was provided with mosquito repellants. Rest is fine.

The room is really neat and clean. But service is just not adequate. We didn't had water in the commode flush. Also the water geyser didn't turn on and therefore no hot water to bath. Even drinking water was not supplied until 45min after we asked for it. Nothing. Thank you

Nice response and accomodation good

The hotel is nice but they don't provide breakfast. One has to arrange on its own.

Rooms need to maintain properly, location is good & at centre point.
