Review Of Mythri Retreat Service Apartments

The stay was terrible. The manager there shouted on us. We had to wait for so long when we arrived there. Therefore we did not stayed there till 17th August. We checked in on 15th and checked out on 16th. There was no drinking water, no handwash, no amenities. The bedsheet, pillow cover and blankets were very dirty.

the service is worst. no drinking water. bed, blanket, pillow was dirty. the staff was very rude, un professional. since I had already paid in advance i checked in. but I would say it is pathetic. today only I checked out as my booking was from 14th- 15th and 15-17th. i came in the morning on 15th august 2025 at 4:30am as my check in was 14th August. and today on 16th August I checked out. Tapas is the staff there. he is very rude, he shouted on me when I said we were waiting for so long. please refund my money the service is worst. no drinking water. bed, blanket, pillow was dirty. the staff was very rude, un professional.

It is an excellent property to stay. Haven't faced any issues during my stay. Tapas is very generous and ready to help in case of any issues.

not at all clean, Bed head is full of dust, kitchen is with spider enough utensils are not there even there is no rice serving spoon also, Wi-Fi is also not working . It is spacious and nice location if maintained well and enough customer centric approach should be given to improve it

Very poorly managed property, called multiple times to staff for checkin and after 30 mins of long wait someone very rude came and started yelling, no water, dirty floors, and no service, very terrible experience. Don’t waste your money and experience booking this.

Awesome experience, rooms are very clean

The property is good and it is exactly as it is shown in the images. Hassle free check in and check out. Situated at prime location in Miyapur. Need to focus on kitchen utensils and washroom maintenance.

It’s a great place and very much nearby to main road, good maintainence, complete 2bedroom house for a great stay with group.

we enjoyed our stay in mythri retreat service appartment. pros: close to the main road lot of food chains nearby there is a super market within walking distance. the house is super spacious, neat and clean Cons: 1. no aquaguard. but you can always order from instamart or zepto 2. lot of mosquitoes do not open the windows or balcony door other than that everything is very nice

I find the location in makemytrip app very good stay for family one difficult is cab are not booking this location I faced trouble on this, and drinking water is also not available . But it is good stay for family

Property is new but this property contact person is irresponsible and not even bothered. Check out is 12 pm while booking but they started calling at 11 am and asking us to leave property. Worst behaviour and pathetic people. Stay away from this property.
