There was no board anywhere at the hotel, it took 2 hours to find the hotel, I and my family faced a lot of trouble, and they have also changed the name of their hotel, and after getting the room in the hotel, there was a smell in the rooms.

It was too local and the rooms were not cleaned. Bathroom didn’t had any toiletries. I checked out on the same day and moved to another property from Makemytrip itself

I recently stayed at Golden Suites Hotel, Hyderabad, booked via MakeMyTrip (Booking ID: NH******8944), and had an extremely disappointing experience. The hotel's name was misleading, and the basic amenities were not functional — the TV, AC, and even the room phone didn’t work. I tried calling the hotel staff multiple times after check-in, but no one responded. It’s unacceptable that MakeMyTrip lists such properties without proper verification or quality checks. This reflects very poorly on the platform’s credibility. Based on this experience, I will be reconsidering using MakeMyTrip in the future and strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

The rooms were poor. The images in the app and the rooms do not match at all. AI generated images. Very rude staffs . Total unhygienic bedsheets and pillows. No basic amenities provided. Like towels soaps. No WiFi.

worst hotel i have ever stay 1) they have chnge their name from suites to something else bcoz of that we cant find hotel for hours 3) they give romms for hourly basis and we were with our family it was a worst xperience i have ever imagine
