Excellent room service! The staff was very polite and quick to respond. My order arrived hot and perfectly presented. They even added extra cutlery without me asking. Really impressed with the cleanliness and attention to detail.

Staf was not good

No service, no invoice for anything, bad smelling rooms, worst condition washrooms, bedsheet stains, smelling towels, stains on pillows no response from reception after complaint threats from reception staff. Terrible experience.

I'm not at all enjoyed in this property because very small room and bedsheets not well, Pillow's also not hygiene I'm very disappointed.😢

This is my first worst experience, there is no hot water, customer service is very very poor, its just embarrassing the way the staff look at the customers. Even they didnt provide drinking water. There is no sink in the washroom as well. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone

Worst hotel ever seen still now my journeys and bookings. The door lock is not there to properly close the door from inside. Hotel management will come directly to the room when he is carrying the spare key of room number 302 at any time those people come inside the room with my private space time.

Room size is good but bedsheets, pillows are dirty. We also noticed cockroaches roaming on the floor.
