This hotel not a 3 star hotel, and not provided tiffin I paid in online but not served warust hotel

It's the worst experience I've ever had . The property should be black listed. it's feel as a cheating with me from mmt to transfer my booking in Oyo hote

In that room door key was not working, service is very bad. wi Fi not working . I am very sock to seen this type of hotel.

Very dirty hotel, bed sheet pillow cover all dirty. They changed the sheet after complaint but still the bedsheet was dirty. Whole corridor smells like cigarette, disposable,.plastic all over the places. Checkin took more than 45 minutes,.felt like i am visiting govt office to do some paperwork.

Worst ever experience,no lights,no fans,no water,no bucket,no towelnothing and the room was also so dirty and unclean....

I had a terrible experience at Super Townhouse Ameerpet, Balkampet Road. The hotel was extremely unhygienic—dirty blankets, unclean pillows, and no proper lighting in the washroom. The room lacked basic cleanliness and maintenance. I strongly do not recommend this place for business or professional travellers.

We had bad experience in this hotel , we stayed there for 4 days but not even once they have cleaned the room, the AC is not working and water will stop regularly and there is no hot water and also very ugly bed sheets, there is no staff available, even if you call them multiple times there is no response. You won’t find the hotel name that is there in the site

1. no water in Washroom - from night 2. ac not working - from the beginning and ceiling fan is also not available 3. bed- they attached twin bed joined,but I booked for queen 4. complimentary breakfast - they bought from outside and giving with bear hands there is no carry bag Or palte with it 5. linen - not fresh already used, smell , lots of dirty stains and hair on bed. 6. maintenance - terrible 7. I didn't get my room key for the entire stay 8. there is one window they took off and covered with curtains 9. wc lekage 10. there is nothing to say just don't go waste of your money.

We had a beautiful time here. The room was cozy with a stunning view. Staff made us feel special with little surprises. Perfect for couples seeking a quiet escape.

Housekeeping showed up on time every day. Beds were made, towels changed, and the floors stayed clean.

Condition of the room is very bad. The pictures put up on the app are misleading.

Very good service. I had stayed for 3days.. but the hospitality was amazing. The food was also very nice.. good for family stay or any kind of business visit. Just 10-15 steps from the main road.

I was stayed twice and I would say the service was awesome and Ofcourse staff was very helpful basically quick service. especially Mr.kumar who manage over the hotel under his control perfectly. And here good think is everything near like restaurant,hospital and metro I would suggest you to go and stay overther. hopefully I would visit again untill keep up guys.

Rooms were dingy and stinky, toilet not good, no water in the room. Rooms are dusty and bed spreads and curtain stinking. Room service was bad nobody was being responsible to serve the customer. evalauate whether it is even worth listing in the interest of your own business. Unfortunately that doesnt seem to be the case. When i lodged a compliant with your team on this. I was relentlessy called by 3 different people at their convenient time. They sent a mail to me what is the best time to reach out to me, . I even replied to his mail to call me at 8pm. But no one called at the designated obviously it was just a futile effort on my part and your part when you cant respect the customers time. Also out of the blue someone from your team called today after when i was busy @ work. I answered her call she expressed her regret not be able to get a refund for this as i had cancelled this booking. She however said she is going to send me which could be encashed in a year but havent receieved anything till now. You should realize that your business is not any customers priority but instead a customer should be your priority.

it was the worst experience for me to deal with. I don't know . I storong Don't recommend couples to stay there. Conclusion: If you're a group of boys, straight away choose the hotel because there's a bar at 1st floor, drink, get full, come and sleep.(Rooms are perfect for drunk people)
