Excellent Stay
I like the overall experience of the hotel. The staff there especially the receptionist named Benita. She was so professional and good at her work. All in all the like the Hotel.

Property is good.. staff is courteous..food quality is also Good. Washroom needs to be more clean. Towels are not that great..there were stains..room service is poor.

Unhygienic rooms are not clean and bed sheets are dirty not replaced with fresh ,chocroches in breakfast tray and rooms and on bed also and AC was bot working after complaint they did not repair during stay hotel employees seems not interested to serve the service properly

location is good.. near to airport.. room & bathroom were spacious.. commode was stained.. long hairs were clogged in water outlet strainer.. reception was polite.. room service was helpful.. hotel has its own restaurant.. outside food is also allowed..

hotel elite by signature. room was spacious TV AC heater working kettle provided Bed was comfy. Food was good except for breakfast. Negatives lots of hugs (cockroaches, insects infestation in the room Staffs polite, cooperative and helping price: good price. bathroom fittings such as health faucets and shower were clogged with salt deposits resulting in low pressure water

Poor Stay
Worst TV is not working. After I forming also those people not responding. Break fast is also not good

Staff Bhevaviour was not good 😐 they didn't maintain professional Bhevaviour. No Manager is available to inform our concerns . The most worst experience in all means

stay is good. support boy was not available at checking time and room lock was somewhat hard. If we open window glass, there are no further bars or protection at higher floors.

This hotel was very average. welcomed with very bad smell while entering. bathroom was not clean. Bed was not clean

Bath rooms are not cleaned well. Bedaheets are looks like used and fans sound is coming like disyrubance at the room
