Worst experience than ever they are charging over amount to early check in

We got a room on the 3rd floor where there is no lift facility. The bed sheets are dirty, the washroom is not clean, and there is no water facility on each floor — we have to go to the 1st floor to get water. They allocated the room without any check-in process, and the next day they came and asked us to show our booking.

Poor house keeping. Dirty toilet, booking includes brake fast but not provided. Staff is not in a position to give online booking status. Initially refuse to give room after lot of argument provided room

Very poor maintained property. Rats, cockroaches were around us when we slept. Horrible place.

1)Complementary breakfast denied to served. 2)WiFi,AC and Geyser not working 3) No room cleaning before checkin and during stay 4)Poor electric wiring connections in room, so my electric gadgets get permanently damaged

Clean, unique, courteous staff, and decent accommodation. The staff at the hotel is courteous and accommodating, and we had a pleasant visit.

It is a place that is good with many essential amenities like wifi, pool, pet frindly, good staff, clean rooms and comfort-bl bad. All are good.

My friend booked the stay here. I was not sure with his choices but beyond my expectations this is too good

Me and my family visited this hotel for 1 night the beds were comfortable, the room was beautiful, the bathroom facilities were great.

This is a great oplace for kids to have a good time, our kids loved it here and they are usually crancky everywhere

The look of the place and the great service made our stay memorable .
