Good stay, nice persons who is give good service ,Mr venu and MS Bhargavi and their is one more thing to stay one is the bad experience with night person his name is kalyan talking very rude ,and i told him add gst details and he saying it will not happen now and others will come in morning and he will do ,my thing is what he is doing in night duty? Other service are very good thank you

booked the room in this hotel for 4 nights, first day was terrible they provided the terrible room where door was not locking.After lots of complain next day shifted to good room. One lady was on reception she cooperated nicely, but the behaviour of a person male was very bad, he has no concern with any problems which I shared with him. Over all experience was good. Poor Stay
The rooms were really small and not properly ventilated. The AC didn't cool properly and bathroom was okayish. Food finished for those who came for breakfast slightly late and undercooked breakfast was served The staff were good , but the services were not

I booked the hotel from 12-08-2025 to 14-08-2025 and made complete payment. But i was compelled to check out on 13-08-2025 because the hotel manager said he received my booking for 1 night only. I came for my Retina treatment and had to face issues of stay even after booking

Highly unprofessional and third class hote
The property's location is good and peaceful, a little away from the main road, but it is difficult to book a cab or transport from there. There's no kitchen, so food is not available. The breakfast service was extremely slow, and food was stale. There is no housekeeping as such. My room wasn't cleaned once during the entire stay. The worst part is they violated the booking terms by charging extra for just 2 hours of late checkout even though it was mentioned categorically in the contract that I could avail "Complimentary late checkin and checkout." Also, the receptionist was very rude and tgreatened me saying "I don't care what MMT or anyone said, this is our hotel and our rules will apply, so you will have to pay extra or you will face the consequence." I am a law professional, and I lead a business, so I was travelling for work. Hence, I did not have the time to argue. Otherwise, I would have dragged this matter to the court along with MMT. The hotel had poor amenities, bathrooms had foul odour, no cleaning in the entire duration of stay. Also, I was charged extra for late checkout which was supposed to be complimentary as per my booking on MMT.

Location is fantastic, quality of towels are miserable all old and dirty . Showers don’t work properly. Balcony doors don’t close.. ac controls are bad.. I can go on !!!

Property location and Food is ok. But i was booked superior room but by hotel provided the lower grade room.

AC wasn’t working no soap nor hot water available at washroom the bed wasn’t clean very bad breakfast too
