The property's location is good and peaceful, a little away from the main road, but it is difficult to book a cab or transport from there. There's no kitchen, so food is not available. The breakfast service was extremely slow, and food was stale. There is no housekeeping as such. My room wasn't cleaned once during the entire stay.
The worst part is they violated the booking terms by charging extra for just 2 hours of late checkout even though it was mentioned categorically in the contract that I could avail "Complimentary late checkin and checkout."
Also, the receptionist was very rude and tgreatened me saying "I don't care what MMT or anyone said, this is our hotel and our rules will apply, so you will have to pay extra or you will face the consequence."
I am a law professional, and I lead a business, so I was travelling for work. Hence, I did not have the time to argue. Otherwise, I would have dragged this matter to the court along with MMT. The hotel had poor amenities, bathrooms had foul odour, no cleaning in the entire duration of stay. Also, I was charged extra for late checkout which was supposed to be complimentary as per my booking on MMT.
