very nice, clean and service is very good.nearest metro and medical, food as service is available for nearest hotel

Rooms and facilities are decent at Panjagutta but not so at Ameerpet, its ok . Most essential point is they denied rooms twice

1. First of all the water was fully based of clorine, 2. at morning 7 am I provided room keys to staff to clean the room, but when I came at night around 7 pm the room was not cleaned and the staff was also so rude he was saying I was at night shift this not my fault 3. ⁠also at first day they refuse to provide us with tu towels and tell us laundry man not yet came 4. Due to heavy rain the water came into our room with all windows where closed 4. ⁠ 3.

not suitable for families

This hotel has only this much facility in name, when this hotel was booked for me, it also mentioned breakfast and a bottle of water, but the staff of the hotel refused to give us breakfast and said that breakfast is not available, pay for the breakfast and we will get it from outside, and there was no good facility in the room, the cover of the pillow in the bedroom was completely dirty and when it is raining here, the entire rain water is coming in from the window and the whole bedroom was filled with water, my luggage bag was completely wet with rain water and when we call the person sitting in the reception, he says that my person is coming in 5 minutes, he is coming in 10 minutes, by doing this he wasted a whole 1 hour and no staff got the room cleaned and when we went down and to the reception, the person is saying that wait for 5 minutes, the cleaner will go to your room and clean it, you shift there, we said ok, we will not stay in that room, now give us another room, he is saying that the other room is not vacant, room The room number was 304. It was 12:00 at night. We requested the receptionist a lot and then we got a changed room and the room number was 111. We are very unhappy with this hotel, the hotel staff, the hotel manager and the hotel owner. We will never stay in this hotel anywhere in Hyderabad in our life and we will never ask our friends and family to stay there.

Overall experience was good but they have charged Rs. 30 for one toiletries and Rs. 30 for Water bottle which must be complementary in the room.

It's was so good and comfortable the rooms were so good the reception staff also so mannered. Nice

Room service wasn’t available. In 2 nights stay no one cleaned the room even once. Also to my surprise breakfast was booked complementary along with rooms but they were not having breakfast available and they straight away denied.

They have terrible service and on the wall above us there were noises of rats we were not available to sleep properly and our hotel room no was 304

People in the reception are very helpful Location is very prime food is out sourced but good food

it was a good experience, we had a decent stay electricity was 24/7 and staff were handling the request preety decently

Every thing was good and smooth.Overall a good experience.Firstly felt difficult to find then got habituated.If staying is concerned then yes its a good hotel to look into

Hotel is situated in main locality very near to road. All amenities available nearby. Room good and services prompt but no canteen facility

The stay was so comfortable and hospitality was also done well by the staff the only problem is with out having complimentary breakfast option at the hotel

overall service is nice only thing is their is no complimentary breakfast at the stay but app is showing it as an option and collecting money for it

Hotel room was very small for 3 guests. They would have suggested other rooms for 3 guests. We did not have any space to walk in the room after putting up an extra bed. The clothes cupboard door was broken and it was all dusty. The wall paper which was behind the bed was torn and the wall was dirty. Also the window curtains were full of dust and dirty stains. The room had a bad smell.

First thing they dont provide breakfast in the hotel but make my trip has charged rs 150 extra from me and they dont even have a inhouse kitchen also but i was charged rs 150 extra for breakfast, they wont provide dental kit also they said, every small hotels are providing the dental kit and i asked them at-least to send a boy so that he can bring that also they provide they said and rooms are looking shabby not proper maintance at all.
