The hotel we very badly maintained, there were no windows inside the room or even inside the bathroom, the bathroom was very small and dirty, could hardly stand in there......no clean towels provided and the bathroom didn't have shampoo or soap, even the location is confusing.

3 bedded room booked thru MMT App for 3 people including breakfast but only 2 bed provided no breakfast provided Not a clean room, towels, bathroom No hangers in wardrobe Wifi very weak... completely disappointed with MMT

Food nothing they provided. When i booked it had mentioned including breakfast but they did not provide it nor arranged from out near by there is no hotel for breakfast Secondly no friendly environment , the reception guy is not at all cooperative , rude. No parking facility 👎🏼

Stay was good , but room cleaning happened only 1 day , rest of the day cleaning staff denied to clean and also during checkout we have complementary check-out for two extra hours from standard time i.e 11 Am , he denied for two hours and asked to check out before 12 pm, Also there was no complementary breakfast in the morning.

First there is small bed , And we went to hotel At night 2 Am and they were asked to us to wait for 1hr And they Asked us for extra 500 per person we have showed him that we have booked for 3 members . But they didn’t Acpt that one And finally there is no complementary tiffin

Washrooms were very poor and unhygienic and have to small area. locality is somewhat conjusted. No food provided at property even though its mentioned. staff is bit arrogant and slow service for anything

Rooms were comfortable and neat but they mentioned complementary breakfast but nothing was available whereas money was included for the complementary breakfast in the total price

Bathroom wasn't clean, commode seat and water spray was broken. Though the app mentioned "Complementary breakfast is available it wasn't provided saying restaurant is closed". No complementary water bottles provided moreover the hotel charged me 30 RS each for bottle. Towels weren't provided.

No breakfast available, while booking false information given about breakfast external house keeping ok but internal toilet cleaning not ok, tv is not working
