My elderly parents arrived at 11 PM after a long journey, only to be refused check-in unless they paid extra money. especially towards senior citizens at such a late hour. No guest should face such treatment.

I have visited the property to check in. But the staff have denied my entry and started asking for extra money. I was along with my girlfriend and she we had to wait in the lobby for 40 minutes trying to connect to fab hotel’s customer support they haven’t responded properly.
