A Pleasant Stay at Incredible One Hotel
Property is bang in the hustle and bustle of Secunderabad. It's very near to the business hub of Secunderabad... MG Road, Park Lane, Paradise, PG Road where you have the wholesale/retail market of power tools to garments to plastic items and what not.. Train station is hardly about 3kms. As far as the property is concerned, it's decent and maintained good. Rooms are adequately spaced with amenities like Iron Box, hair dryer, mini fridge, locker along with the usual like TV etc. Washroom are neat and clean but are very small. Staff is courteous... But, there are some youngsters as lobby/restaurant boys who need to be trained better and observed as I could observe them making comments & smiling amongst themselves looking at the guest's. The food at their restaurant is too good, and complimentary breakfast spread is fine. Else, it was a good 4 days stay at the hotel.

We found the hotel was excellent for vacation. All the staffs were so good towards the guests and the foods were also delicious. Rooms were so clean and well organized. We enjoyed staying in the hotel.

Rooms are too small than expected.. Disappointed with TV, I thought it was Android but it is not.Food is very good.. Location is good because it is near to railway station. Facilities and housekeeping is very good and services are on point and quick.

I stayed for one night during my official trip to hotel Incredible and my stay experience was incredible too , I had booked for club room which was spacious and with all the modern facilities and bathroom with required accessories, above very good complimentary breakfast with good options. The stay was pleasant. All rooms have centralized AC. What bothered me was that the AC switchboard wasn’t close to the bed- we had to wake up every time to adjust the temperature. Other than that, everything was nice. The staff were okay, the food was good but quite expensive, and there was no option for half portions. Also, there seems to be a new rule in the hotel: any food ordered from the kitchen has to be paid for immediately, and they didn’t allow us to clear it during checkout.
