Worst hospitality
Pathetic experience. No complimentary drinking water is provided. A rs.20 water bottle is being sold for rs.30. There is no hot water facility. After reaching the reception, the receptionist was unwilling to attend to me. It was mentioned that the check-out time is 11:00 AM, but they called at 10:00 AM asking me to check out. When I said I would check out by 11:00 AM, they hung up the call without saying anything.
