Poor room service and poorly maintained hotel
Room service is poor. Before 12 pm there is no room service. Bed sheets were old and had marks all over them. Pathetic

Poor Stay
No parking space, need to park a car on a footpath that is on busy main road. Breakfast options are limited and not good in taste No room service post 10:00 pm, guests need to go to the restaurant for the order placed Very small Bathroom and room size

I have stayed in a Premium room for 5 nights. Premium rooms are front facing. I have booked a room on higher floor. The room was neat and clean. But room was not spacious. One would get nice view from the room but window was not wide enough. Food served at the Bramble restaurant on top floor was nice. One would get a spectacular view from the upper deck of the restaurant. Buffet breakfast was OK. However, same menu was repeated everyday. Front office staff Ms. Anitha was humble and friendly.
