Location is not good, they say car parking is available, but people park vehicles all around your car despite the security watching them and not saying anything . no house keeping to help you with you luggage

Property is located near embassy golf links so for office folks it is good location but it is a crowded area and parking is a problem if you are taking your car. Room was spacious but washrooms dirty and not upto the mark. No toiletries no dental kit no kettle nothing. We did not get hot water in the morning as well. Jammed doors took 10 mins for folks to open it. Good if you are booking to just sleep over during onward trip. Don’t have any expectations. Staff is friendly and try their best to help in all possible manner but for general stay not worth it.

The room which I had booked was deluxe but this time it was not upto the mark, the room painting was not good, the toilet seat was not proper, then I upgraded by paying 500 rs. The room was good in looks but not cleaned properly. As it was a short stay we were only at night till morning checkout. But they have a good connecting place they can improve in the cleaning and maintenance.

Hotel doesn't have a geyser or hot water and doesn't have proper parking facilities. When I check in there was no hot water for two days. Very discomfort during the rain. Somehow i managed with cold water

Terrible stay : Declining standards and basic hospitality missing

MaK Hotel used to be a dependable stay near EGL with excellent hospitality, which is why I’ve been a regular guest after COVID. Unfortunately, my recent stay was extremely disappointing and far below the standards you once upheld. Basic essentials were missing — no toiletries, dental kit, or even a complimentary water bottle. The room didn’t have a landline to order food, and when I approached the staff, almost every request was met with the same excuse: “Management has changed and this is no longer provided.” This isn’t just about small amenities; it shows a complete decline in service and attitude. The staff were unhelpful, and the experience felt more like a low‑grade aggregator hotel than the MaK Hotel I used to trust. For anyone traveling on official work, I would not recommend this property anymore. Message to management : You should reconsider recent shitty policy changes. I am not sure whose idea was that but please don't listen to "that guy". Providing basic supplies and ensuring attentive service goes a long way in retaining customers. You can increase the price but at least provide hospitality . Otherwise, many like me may be forced to look for alternatives.
