Had a completely unexpected and disappointing experience here. I ordered Malai Chaap (Soya Chaap), but when the dish was served, I found red pieces in my food — which turned out to be chicken! Later, they admitted that chaap was not even in stock. When I questioned them, they gave a ridiculous excuse saying it turned red because of butter.

I recently visited and was impressed by the excellent service and welcoming ambience. The staff were attentive and efficient, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommend!"

The room was amazing and spacious. We loved the ambience! Everything mentioned in the amenities was provided. The staff were very polite and friendly, and the breakfast was wonderful. We’ll definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Bangalore! 🌟

I had a great stay at Hotel Grand Sigma! The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and hygienic, making the stay very comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The security person was also a kind-hearted and respectful individual. The hotel offers all these facilities at a very affordable rate, which makes it even better. Overall, a wonderful experience with excellent service, cleanliness, and value for money. Highly recommended!

Neatness and well maintained rest rooms, blankets, pillow covers and bedsheets are clean, but restaurant service person's very bad but food's are good taste and hygienic

This was my 2nd time stay in Grand Sigma. Rooms were absolutely clean with neat linen and hot water in bathroom. Reception and housekeeping staff are friendly and helpful. Morning breakfast is good with a decent spread. Overall a good experience

Excellent location. We had a Good stay. Clean room and toilets. Courteous staff. Restaurant food quality was reasonably good. Reception area is neatly maintained. The hotel has two elevators, both well maintained. Safe place for staying with family. Smooth check in and check out.

I recently stayed at your hotel. While the room was satisfactory, I’m highly disappointed with the overall service experience. Room service is extremely poor. The restaurant staff do not provide in-room dining service efficiently. For a simple cup of tea, multiple requests had to be made, and it still took around 45 minutes to arrive. The reception staff appeared helpless in resolving issues, and even after registering a complaint, the hotel manager took no action. Overall, I’m not satisfied with the service standards and hospitality. There is a serious need for improvement in responsiveness and guest support.

Stay was good.Kitchen opens at 8.00 to 8.30.No bed tea arrangement.We have to go out for tea/ coffee.

nice infrastructure but a composite hotel business should be run by a professional staff. it lacked that hospitality touch...the complimentary breakfast was horrible.. don't fool people with free breakfast...it lacks professional ethics in business..
