Night staff is so rude Ridiculous stay there no water bottle been provided and no when we asked they told us they won’t have that

Worst treatment at reception and the security was harassing us while entering the hotel and they don't have common sense to how to treat the customers they order us enter there premises at 11am only its my life's worst experience

I found from make my trip. We stayed for 4 nights. We got renewated room it's neat & clean. Renovation work need some more rooms. Reception staffs are friendly & humble.

I have visited this hotel again after covid. Many things changed after covid including free breakfast. Didn't meet the expectations like earlier. Hope they should start breakfast service again.

Hotel is good and but toilets should have been little better and room service guys dont know english which is really tough to get anything.

There has always been issue with check in at the reception desk. Do not know why people at reception are so cold & make guests wait for check in. We felt as if we are not welcome in the hotel. Rooms are decent, but the bed was awful. We can feel the springs touching our body. We had to put extra blanket & 4 bedsheets to make it comfortable. Good part is the prompt room service & well behaved staffs. Breakfast was awful. Location was good.

Overall a no frills hotel ,staff were accommodative and decent room (hygiene) /bedsheet/spread /bathroom. We travelled as a family on the way to Mysore from Chennai (1 day night stay) before proceeding to Mysore. The location is perfect with a calm surroundings than the usual crowded place like junction and majestic and you can walk down to some of the areas for shopping. Located walkable from freedom park so can be good for early risers who would like to go for walk. Booked through makemytrip and my experience was very good with discount vouchers. Cons- Did not get hot water in the morning (motor issue) which was resolved in the evening. Overall will consider coming back if need arises.

Good location. Booked online with discount of 30%, the price was affordable. Bed was spring mattress, not so comfortable. Free Wifi is not so useful, it keeps on switching and will not allow you to use it. Complementary breakfast is also good.

Stay and hygiene was pretty good. However complimentary breakfast can be lot better and also unlimited. Overall it was ok except for cleanliness factor and food. But location is very good. Even restaurant facilities can be something that can be looked into.

The hotel is good to stay with the family. We had a good experience.

Value for money, but would not go back as the spring mattress they had is worst and I felt that I was sleeping on springs and on mattress.

Had a good stay with my family, close to bus stand, which was my reason for stay. Restaurants at walk able distance and autos were easily available from the hotel. Though the hotel was not on the main road, it was easily accessible, will consider staying there again.
