1. Shower and tap was big working

Stay was nice, breakfast for second day was good.

Nice hotel to stay. There is a problem in intercom but hotel management is trying for their best to solve it. Near restaurant is very good and reasonable rate for food.

The rooms were not prepared/stocked before letting a guest in. The first room offered had no working shower. The hot water geyser was not working. They changed the room. We had to go out after putting our luggage in the room. On returning, found there are no towels in the bathroom. The AC in the room was struggling to bring down the temperature, even when Benguluru has pleasant climate. The bathroom & doors are not cleaned properly. The liquid soap dispenser was empty, even after requesting. Breakfast is pretty basic vegetarian one. On the first day, there was only coffee on offer. On requesting Tea, was told by the staff that milk is not available. On the second day, there was no coffee or tea. Were again told that there is no milk. When we protested, they somehow managed to get tea from somewhere. Seeing this, we can make out lack of interest on the part of the owner / top management in giving proper service to guests. The staff are doing their best. Anyway, I wouldn't spend my money on staying at this hotel anymore.

Very poor service. No telephone. Every time you have to rush counter for any complaints. Bathroom showers and other things in bad condition. No proper hot water. No room service. Staff's are unprofessional. Poor food

Location next ti metro station would be considered good. Hotel website mentioned rrstaurant but neither was there. That is downright misleading. Breakfast was reasonably good. Room had kettle but no tea or coffee pouches. Not great experience. Will not recommend.

Rooms are good and comfy but service is very slow. The bathroom has some problems with the shower tap.

Service is not bad but slow somehow. stay is good. some changes are required in bathroom fittings. bed is comfortable.

Location was good Breakfast buffet menu was not appropriate, it was very basic and had almost the same items everyday. Maintenance is not up to the mark, the condition of taps in washroom, water pressure, etc. does not meet the basic standards and need to be maintained properly.

I ordered fried rice, curd rice, and French fries, and the bill came to ₹516/-, which I felt was not justified given the portion and taste. AC not working properly no cooling .water taps not working properly, after complaining they arranged table fan. TV not powering on remotes also not working. Very bad experience

The hotel staff was very kind enough! i had opted for late check-in and they made sure to check my wear abouts with time passed 30 to 9. The room was decent enough and their complimentary breakfast was decent enough.

Service was very very poor. No water in bathroom,Ac not working,No fan and very small balcony. Reception and housekeeping land number no on pickup the calls.

The location is excellent. Small, simple, tidy rooms. I stayed for just one day, and the service was good. Everything was taken care of pretty well during my stay. Sorry, no images.
