Not good people Demanding an extra amount for check in . Not behave well. No manner no expectations

Horrible experience with the hotel counter staff. Not proper maintenance of Rooms . I would suggest no one should ever book rooms in this hotel.

I am giving one start because there is no option below that .. staff is extremely rude. They will tell some reasons and snatch your money (extra money will be demanded to pay as cash only). They don't have kitchen also, but charge for compliments breakfast. Rooms are unclean, no ventilation and it was stinking Review is not getting submitted

Upon arrival at the hotel, I encountered an extremely unprofessional receptionist who initially refused to provide me with my pre-booked room. Despite confirming that full payment had been processed online, the receptionist insisted that the paid amount was insufficient and demanded an additional ₹4000. When I stated my intention to contact customer service, I was told to proceed. However, the MakeMyTrip IVR system lacked a direct option to connect with a customer care agent, which I found to be a significant deficiency in your service. Left with no alternative, I was coerced into paying an extra ₹2000 beyond the original booking cost to secure the room. This situation was exacerbated by the hotel's unfavorable location in a purely residential area, devoid of alternative accommodations or basic amenities such as shops for snacks, which the hotel staff appeared to be exploiting. Furthermore, the room's condition and hygiene standards were severely inadequate. I found myself in a predicament with no other viable options. I request an immediate review of my booking and a resolution regarding the unwarranted additional payment. Furthermore, I urge MakeMyTrip to remove this substandard hotel from your listings to prevent future customers from enduring a similar distressing experience.

Worst experience

Cleanliness was satisfactory. Smart TV was available. AC was available in room but control was not provided

Wrist rooms and wrist room service, extra charges, fights before checkin, don't ever book these rooms one of the worst service

The hotel was terrible. The owner demanded extra payment for check-in, and the room was dirty, smelly, and poorly maintained. Worst of all, the door got stuck from the outside, leaving me locked in for over 30 minutes. Overall, it was a complete waste of money.

Even though full amount paid in advance(before reaching hotel, they asked for extra money otherwise they won't give room. they don't afraid or bother, since already i had prepaid, finally i had to pay another 450rs in cash to the receptionist to get a sticky room wher they didn't even provide a 2 rs soap or a towel. Somehow managed to stay an hour and left

When i reached the manager said they don't accept booking and refused to give me a room. My check in was at 12pm, i got the room at 1:15pm. Asked if the doors will be open 24hr, he said yes. Also said in chennai it's called give him a call. I finished my work and reached the hotel at 4:45am o ly to find it locked and the manager's number was switched off. I had to spend my night in a car. Had the most terrible experience.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. If you want to avoid a terrible experience, i strongly advise against booking here, especially if you're traveling with family. The environment was far from peaceful, as the staff were loud throughout the night. They also displayed a lack of professionalism in their interactions with guests, particularly when addressing women who approached the reception alone. I urge the hotel's owner or management to seriously reconsider how they manage their operations and customer service.

No service, dirty rooms, outer side of bangalore, no amenities provided. They don't even have tea & coffee service at room.

My stay was very enjoyable. The view was good, and the room was very cozy.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent stay at OYO HKH Royal Meenakshi mall from 3rd may to 7th may. Unfortunately, my experience was horrible by two significant issues: poor room cleanliness and rude behaviour from the hotel staff. Upon checking into my room, I was dismayed to find that it had not been properly cleaned. There was dust on the furniture, hair on the bed, dirty bedsheet, cockroaches on bed, bathroom was not at clean.I was looking forward to a comfortable and relaxing stay, but this oversight made me feel uncomfortable and uneasy. Furthermore, when I brought these issues to the attention of the hotel staff, I was met with a dismissive and unfriendly attitude. The staff member I spoke with seemed uninterested in helping me with this issue. I requested him for changing the dirty bedsheet, but he denied. As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of service and hospitality.

The hotel incharge was very rude, as I have booked AC room, he gave me Non A/C room, when I said I will call OYO Team he said if you call we will not give any rooms, as it was already night I adjusted

This place offers great value for money! we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of service.

The rooms are not just good they are fantastic! the staff services are too good make you feel at home.

Service is very poor no bath towel and other accessories. Bed sheet was not changed. Bathroom is just ok.

Such a lovely experience! the hotel's ambiance and helpful staff made our vacation memorable.
