I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent stay at OYO HKH Royal Meenakshi mall from 3rd may to 7th may. Unfortunately, my experience was horrible by two significant issues: poor room cleanliness and rude behaviour from the hotel staff. Upon checking into my room, I was dismayed to find that it had not been properly cleaned. There was dust on the furniture, hair on the bed, dirty bedsheet, cockroaches on bed, bathroom was not at clean.I was looking forward to a comfortable and relaxing stay, but this oversight made me feel uncomfortable and uneasy. Furthermore, when I brought these issues to the attention of the hotel staff, I was met with a dismissive and unfriendly attitude. The staff member I spoke with seemed uninterested in helping me with this issue. I requested him for changing the dirty bedsheet, but he denied. As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of service and hospitality.
