Average Stay
While the hotel location was good, the hygiene not so much. They did not replace the bathroom towels but re arranged the used ones during cleaning. Breakfast was okay.

Poor Stay
Staff kept quoting the price of items before offering to help. Early check-in was said to cost 1000, charges got changed to 2000.

Excellent Stay
We had a wonderful stay at Icon Boutique Hotel in Domlur. The food was really good with a nice variety, and the service was excellent, staff were friendly and attentive throughout. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable and pleasant experience. Truly one of the best places to stay in the area. Highly recommended!

Rainy stay.
Very neat & clean hotel.Room very cosy & clean.prompt room service.Food was excellent.Location was ideally located.Front office & staff were courteous.Twice me & wife (senior citizens )stayed in the hotel in two months.With best wishes.

Terrible Stay
The previous review that I gave was for this "Boutique" hotel. There is nothing boutique about the hotel, especially considering the rate of the room. No refrigerator in the room. No hairdryer provided. The shower area leaked water into the rest of the bathroom. Poor lighting in the room, very bright white lights. Very ordinary furniture. INR 4,700 was a rip off!

I would recommend I con boutique for stay. The hotel is centrally located. The staffs are professional. The room and wash room are clean and comfortable. Morning buffet was a wide spread and tasty. Yes I have already posted in Google review

businessThe room was really good. Food was great. Staffs were very helpful and supportive. Location is also very good. But few basic things were not proper. The hatchlock behind the door was broken. Tooth paste and brush was not provided. Very few charging points at the room. Hot water was not coming in the washroom. Also, clearing of the food plates as soon as possible from the room or outside of the room doors is very much needed. They were kept just as it is throughout the nights.
