Extra payment demanded
I was asked to pay rs 300 extra for getting a room. I had no other choice but to pay. Later on i asked for extra towel but haven't gotten

Manager told us all of the rooms are fully booked, it was raining heavily and mmt didn't provide us with cab

Worst service online payment not acceptable by the hotel and they are informing us to go direct booking for next visit

Poor Stay
The hotel asked for more money than what i prepaid. They refused to let me check in unless i paid the asked amount before support intervened. I had to wait for 30 minutes at 11pm in the night.

A little unhygienic
soloMy room, in fact all rooms had low lighting. There are a total of 4 ceiling lights, out of which only two worked and two are said to work only when power is gone. My room had cockroaches getting out of the bathroom and on asking the staff to do something about it, they told they can fix it the next day but not at that moment.

Rooms were clean a. The behaviour of hotel staff was friendly. All the main places were closer from the hotel.

Unhygienic, lots of mosquitoes, no wifi
The hotel receptionist was not polite. They had very poor wifi network. Unable to work using laptop or phone. There were lots of mosquitoes in night. Would give a 0 for hygiene.

Very very bad
You ask about breakfast as feedback, there is no breakfast provided in the hotel. Wifi does not work. The lift did not work i had to climb 4 floors. Also the receptionists are very ill mannered. Such oyos should be closed.
