Review Of Hotel O PMR Near Ascendas Park Square Mall

Day 1: 1pm no water; Day 1: 8pm no water; Day 2: 6am no water, Day 2: called but no solutions. Day 3: took one day full money for later checkout.

to bad hotel miss beehive with me room darty not like food not available bathroom not clean satf not cooperated

The photos shown in the app are deceptive. The corridor had unattended waste, alcohol bottles etc. The room had all broken furniture, the mattress and bedsheets seems to be very old and the washrooms were terrible

The hotel room was not as per mentioned in the description there was no TV and no one came to clean the room on any of the day in my stay of 5 days. Even there was no proper water supply too me have reach reception for water supply every now and then it was a terrible experience

Not clean/ TV not working/ bathroom not proper , I have booked hotel thuru MakeMyTrip due they gave allway good service,

Linen as well as washroom were very dirty 4. I reached the hotel at 11. 20 but was made to wait till 12. 00 for the room and they asked for extra 500- even if they gave the room at 11. 45. 5. Cockroaches in the washroom. 6. Bath fittings were totally rusted.

Bedsheet had stains. Receptionist scolded for booking. No proper maintenance. After asking them to change the bedsheet they said maintenance guy is on leave and they can’t do anything and they just gave worst bedsheet again

No towels no rusted shower no water at night busy noise

They dont want to give clean bed linens. I had to pay extra tip to get a clean bed linens. They dont even clean the rooms after use.

Worst hotel ever i have gone in it, no proper washroom and more smelling, no proper tv and ac was not working there, materess was not washed.

Bed linen was so bad. And recaption girl told me don't book and lots of cocroj in room

It was just a average stay, if you are alone than its good and for couple, i think it will not give safe wala feel

Staf was so bad and many of staf under 18+ they don't no how to talk with guest. When i enter the room thear is lost of cockroach and cobaes and wc set cover was broken and tv not working.

Really frustrated with this and checking out a day early to a nearest hotel. Very unhygienic and no water at all in bathroom since morning. Had booked the stay for my parents and they struggled a lot as they couldn't use the toilet till 11am. Mgmt said there is no water and waiting for tankers. Apart from this the washrooms were dirty with stains everywhere and toilet not cleaned after previous checkout. Mm t should remove this hotel from the list

booking amount not accepted, they asked for extra money 600. I was paid and stayed at a hotel. please check and update the exact amount.

No vom water no room service and more think mani cockroaches in tha room. Bad suggestion for me. Thanks for corporation.

I already selected early check-in but have to pay extra and this wasn't conveyed in advance which looked fraud way of gaining customer. I was getting better deal and neat room at this price.

Very bad experience. Toilet flush does not work and changed the room twice. Still there was water issues. There was no phone in the room. Need to go down to reception from 4th floor for every issue. Never recommend for anyone.
