Good stay

My stay at this property was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I checked in, it was obvious that the standards here are shockingly low. The room assigned to us had severe seepage on the walls, creating an unpleasant smell and a damp, unhealthy environment. The TV didn’t work at all, there was no key card for the room, and the cleanliness was far below even the most basic expectations. This booking was for female guests, and yet there was no proper security in place, which made the situation even more concerning. The staff seemed indifferent and slow to respond to complaints, offering no real solutions. Basic amenities and promised services were either missing or completely non-functional. The overall environment felt unsafe and unwelcoming. I had to check out early and find alternative accommodation at my own cost – something I never imagined would happen when booking a “reputable” hotel. I strongly recommend avoiding this property until they take guest safety, cleanliness, and basic hospitality seriously. This was easily the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering great comfort and relaxation. The staff was exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The food at the in-house restaurant was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location was ideal, close to major attractions and easily accessible. The overall ambiance of the hotel was peaceful and welcoming. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and efficient. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and memorable stay. Truly a great experience!

Location is the only saving grace. Room cleaning was terrible and on the last day of my stay they didn't do it outright. Bathroom smells of mold and you can see fungal growth cleared on ceiling.

Property's location is good. Widely connected with main road. Transportation is easily available. Staffs are very cooperative. Hygiene is proper and well maintained.

Evrything was good but the water they provide was only limited to 1 liter per day and they charge you more when you ask for more water

My stay was adequate, nothing particularly stood out, but no major complaints either. The room was clean enough but had bad odour. The bed was reasonably comfortable, and I slept okay. Service was polite but not overly attentive. The location was convenient for my needs. Overall, it was just acceptable hotel for a short stay when you just need a place to sleep.

Overall, it provided good value for the price, making it a suitable option for short stays or budget-conscious travelers. While not luxurious, it delivered on the essentials for a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

Was having a bad smell. Felt very shady. Booked for 3 days and did not feel like staying after a day. Refund for the rest of the days still not processed.
