Overall stay experience was very good and the services provided by the hotel was on the next level. Location was also very good and got a hassle free check in

Very terrible experience, the rooms are not clean and smells as if you are in a garbage disposal area. Broken windows in bathroom and the worst is mosquitoes. The staff is pathetic and rude behaviour, since i am a local guy i managed to quarrel with him, but an outsider will surely get disturbed. Not recommended for family at all, it is only suitable for the batch of men or guys who do not bother about cleanliness and just want to party, no tv, no water to drink worst part is the bed and pillow it is yuck, people who thinks about hygiene and classy stay should never think about this.

Arrived at hotel with guests for a funeral after booking 6 rooms advance paid non refundable. They tell us hotel is fully booked and they aren't able to accommodate our guests and can't do anything. After calling the many unreachable numbers and no manager we finally get connected to the owner. Who tells us there is another location with rooms. We had to rush and send someone to checkout everything so that we don need to move our 12 guests around everywhere before the funeral. Accepted even though it wasn't the same area or quality. But since we couldn't find 6 rooms immediately anywhere else in a hurry we accepted. Bad coordination with management . If you are booking here beware, you may not get room and may be stranded. Never seen anything like this before.
