Hotel Samrat Residency

Room was clean but there was only one plug point available for heating water, charging mobile ,etc. For A.C. room these are the must items.

Complimentary breakfast is not available. They charge every water bottle. One bottle per day is the normal standard. The towels were not clean. Otherwise, the hotel is easily approachable. Cooperative Staff.

It was good experience we be reported to hotel before scheduled check in time however with small amount they allowed early check in...

It was a nice and clean room and the hotel staffs were courteous and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a room in this area.

The stay was good,not great for the amount they quoted,old buckets and the bathroom wasn't that good, okay for one nights stay.

The bathroom was smelling very bad. On complaint they just washed it. After a few hours it was the same.

The stay was excellent. the restaurant service was very excellent. Pure Veg both Jain and Normal food available. we tried new items which we do not taste in chennai like Bonda Soup; all the food items were very tasty and hygienic and the ambience was very good. I strongly recommend this hotel stay and food Restaurant can be accessed separately as well.

Location is excellent food ofcourse, we always like to have it in the property and it's there. Quality is v. Good. Service is good

I stayed for 3 nights. 70% lights are not working in the rooms. Room keys are not working, 2 days hot water not available, phone line is dead, poor room service, even not changing towels. Not recommended at all

This hotel is budget friendly and ok for a day or two. Otherwise, it a very old hotel and problems can be expected. Good point is very near tor railway station.

I stayed in this hotel for the first time. Staff are cordially n friendly, room was cleanly maintained. Room service guys are good. Good atmosphere for family staying, near to city junction also. Done.

Samrat residency is a legacy hotel. Large rooms, good service and tasty food at the restaurant nearby. Has parking on site. One issue i had was they wanted me to leave the key card at reception for cleaning. Most, if not all hotels, clean the room. Had to ask for towels etc as they were not replaced. Hope they inform during checking about this process.

Hotel was good one service was nice the no of water bottle are not sufficient for accommodation of three people's one bottle was given any way stay was nice

Rooms good, rest rooms ok, i they give complement breakfast it will very nice. Card parking all good.

Room and the bathroom both are dirty. We shifted to ac room. Just stayed for one night only. Vacated and shifted to friends house. Don't advise this hotel to anyone. Please initiate refund.

Hotel is located at good location. Room sizes are good, but bedding was not much comfortable. Washroom is good but tabs and lighting was not proper. Even electricity points are not maintained. Good part mmt is quite cheaper than hotel offline price.
