A bit old but good rooms. Quite Spacious too. A towel was not provided but its okay as a mistake. Good staff

Average rooms. Toilet could be better. Staff were not friendly. Charged extra 500 for early check in which was 20 mins early

It was little difficult to find the location, the checkin was quick and staff was polite, However the rooms are not as the ones in the photos, the rooms were not furnished and was not maintained well.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very nice. Instant service is there and the environment is beautiful. Calm and peace. When ever i come to Bangalore I’ll be staying there only.

The hotel is completely different from what I shown in the images . I had booked this place for my vacation with my family seeing the images but the reality was quite the opposite. The hotel staff are very rude and they will trap you once you make the booking. The name of the hotel is also different when you go to the location. They live people giving very shabby rooms with wallpapers torn and very untidy sheets. The attached images are a proof for the safe. Even refused to provide refund for this . Planning to file a complaint with the Sorry forgot to mention about the 20% refund offered bye OYO for untidy rooms .

booked room with breakfast. but the hotel staff said no food available since renovation was going on room is ok washroom is not that clean

Property's location is good, rooms are average but no breakfast, since we paid for the breakfast while booking, on reaching the location we came to know that the hotel was going for renovation they had stopped the food section service is ok but not that clean the bathroom overall 2500rs room maybe for that price

The air conditioning was not working. It was hot. I was not told this beforehand and i was unaware as i booked through the makemytrip app. So, the rooms were stuffy and hot. The ac didn't work for two days. As an ac is an important amenity, i should get a compensation for this.

hotel was ok. There was not clear name plate of this 14 mg road, some other name mentioned. no food breakfast denied even it is written in booking that room with breakfast.

First of all, if customer book stay hotel needs to give room immediately after customer arrive. I have to wait in Non AÇ room for 2 hours after that I got AÇ room which was I reserved.

A quite and neat place to stay in! Very helpful staff, and the place was clean! We stayed for a night, and the staff was really helpful and understanding.

The location and amenities provided were good. It's close to many places like cubbon park and lalbagh.

The staff was really good with their service. I always book this hotel every time i come here. Bathrooms are not well maintained, which is why i would give a 4-star rating.

5 nights 6 days couple stay for a short trip to bangalore to explore the city. No restaurant is attached with this property.

Conference and meeting hall with all the business facilities were there. I was very comfit-able there as i have got everything i need for my business metting.

The service and experience were good. The room was well-furnished and clean. The staff's constant assistance made the stay even better

I went to hotel with family had a good time will go again and i strongly recommend everyone to go.
