Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Hype My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Right from the moment I checked in, the experience was far below expectations. The room was poorly maintained, with visible stains on the bedding and an overall lack of cleanliness. The bathroom was in a terrible state—there was no running water in the commode, and I had to use a bucket to flush manually, which is simply unacceptable. The food quality was also substandard. I had to return the meal I ordered because it was inedible. The environment lacked any sense of comfort or hygiene, and it was clear that the property is not professionally managed. What surprises me the most is the high ratings this hotel has received on platforms like MakeMyTrip. Based on my experience, I seriously doubt the authenticity of those reviews, as they do not reflect the actual condition or service standards here. Overall, this was a regrettable choice, and I would strongly advise others to reconsider before booking this hotel, regardless of the reviews or cost.

The location of the property is easily reachable. The behaviour of the staff is excellent. They maintain proper cleanliness. But there are certain problems too. Items mentioned in the food menu are not available. Only 40% of the items in food menu are available. Taste of the food is sometimes good but sometimes it is very bad. Also they forget some instructions. You need to ask couple of times for same thing. They don't keep the room ready for guests. I had to ask for filling the shower gel container and for dental kit also.

Excellent Stay
My stay in the altruist business stays, manyata tech park was excellent and enjoying. The staffs were very polite and hardworking and of-course helpful. The night security guard is a very decent person and helpful at the same time. The hotel was affordable and it was clean and hygienic. The food was delicious as well.

Poor Stay
Room is very small, i stay for 7 days but never the cleaned the room. Day shift caretaker are irresponsibe they will ignore your demand if you ask. Two days i asked for water bottle and he told he will send but i did not get.

Average stay (unlike a 3 star). Not recommended at all
I stayed here for 3 nights. Hotel room was okeish but toilets were leaking 🤮. Not like a 3 star hotel as food prices were high. Taste and quality was 3/5. Better 3 star hotel I stayed was daffodils delight whose price was 4 times less than the earlier and room was 2 times spacious.
