    The room was good but the facilities were not as they have mentioned in the description. No toothbrush kit or bath kit provided, neither mini fridge nor coffee making kit. just fancy words in the description about the hotel.

    The room was not clean specially the washroom it was not clean at all the bedspread was torn and the bedsheet was having a sort of stain and there was no source of ventilation and also no bed light only one source of light and the trays in which the food was served was also dirty and there was also small baby cockroaches found by us 2 baby cockroaches found

    Terrible Stay

    The service was not good at all. Lot of amenities were written but not there. In room service bedsheets were not changed. No towels were changed. We ordered coffee but never got. Lift was nit working some times.

    I’m not happy with this hotel, About the management - unresponsive reception staffs, they have room boys who will never show up, I had booked a stay for 6 days not even once the housekeeping showed for changing sheets or for cleaning, got bedsheet after requesting multiple times. I had booked stay for 6 days and I checked in 2 days late and the staff at the reception told I will have to pay early checkin fees 😂. About rooms - basic rooms with ac that’s it nothing more, initially got a room without mirror and later on request they changed the room, washroom floor has stains, bucket and mugs looked like they weren’t washed in months ---- overall it was an average stay, Doesn’t match the name Sai Bliss International it felt pure local, one thing i’m thankful is for informing about my wallet which I had forgotten in the room
